Junior Graphic Designer
M|C Communications, a leading provider of Continuing Medical Education, has an immediate opening for an Junior Graphic Designer on the Studio team.  The Junior Graphic Designer will produce comprehensive electronic layouts (both designs and mechanicals), requiring basic layout and will be responsible for preparation of original art for print, electronic documents, website graphics, and email templates.  The person in this role will execute the design, layout, and formatting of materials while maintaining brand standards, and will manage routine design projects from submission through release to the vendor.

Requirements

-Experience with art production processes for : 1-8 color offset print, digital output, POD, website, HTML email, and promotional items (2-5 years)

-Ability to use Adobe CS, Quark, Acrobat Professional, and FTP on a Macintosh computer

-Strong mechanical skills paired with ability to interface successfully with external vendors

-Possess current design/illustration skills and have broad knowledge of these techniques

-Ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects at one time and schedule resources to meet deadlines

-Excellent organizational and communication skills and detail orientation are essential
